OK - I'll admit it. With the holidays as an excuse, I am WAY BEHIND on my reading and blogging (hence the number of blog posts today - apologies to those who subscribed via email).
ANYWAY, as I was playing catch-up, I read this interesting article from the Leadership Challenge blog entitled Mr. Persistent to Mr. President.
The article is about president-elect Obama, and how he persistently pursued various leadership principles. Irregardless of your political ideology, there is a goldmine of leadership tid-bits to be mined herein. No matter what aspect of you life we are talking about, persistence is a trait that will carry you far.
There area number noteworthy leadership lessons in the article - again, all politics aside. As we begin our journey into 2009, I urge you to take away some of the lessons from this article. "Walk the walk and talk the talk," refine your visions/goals, and pursue everything you do with passion.
